Sayulita, just outside of Puerto Vallarta, offers the best of the beach and the jungle with options for sun & ocean lovers, hikers and culture seekers. The eco-conscious Haramara retreat center is built on untouched land offering a truly unique opportunity to unplug from the world and reconnect with nature.

Move in the open air of the jungle, hike down to our own private beach, chill in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, read in a hammock by your cabaña, maybe try the sweat lodge. This rustic location will leave you feeling connected to nature, inspired and free. This incredible resort has no electricity in the cabanas. You’ll make your way around by oil lamp and connect with nature like never before! (Electricity is available in the restaurant).

Movement and play are a big part of our programs. Dropping the hats we wear and feeling like kids again brings us back to who we truly are and gives us a chance to look at life with a fresh perspective.

Our daily yoga & fitness classes are accessible and challenging for all, and designed to remind you that you can do anything you set your mind to - especially if you approach it with a sense of humor. You don't need to be a yogi or a fitness buff - you just need to be a human being interested in exploring, playing and growing through movement. If you’d like to dabble in the world of mindfulness and meditation without being too serious about it, or want to learn to stand on your hands or on your head, we've got you there too!

If you’re like us, you spend a lot of your time doing things for other people, meeting deadlines, being places and feeling like you have little choice in the matter.
Well, not here! Retreat days are structured with an array of activities to choose from and complete freedom to do the things that make your soul happy.

We start the day with a Vinyasa Yoga class every morning with Nathania, get our workout on with Gary’s kickass Metabolic Effect workout (30 minute HIIT workouts at your own pace), and we wind down with restorative & yin yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation.

In between, YOu can choose to

  • Dig deeper and look at the way you’re showing up for yourself in different areas of your life with intentional group circles and discussions

  • Feel empowered as you face your fears with blood-pumping outdoor adventures that take you from “I’m not sure I can” to “OMG I did!”

  • Build confidence and strength and learn to stand upside down on your head and hands to see things from a different perspective (literally)

  • Rest and restore with guided Yoga Nidra meditations (also known as Yogic Sleep) that bring you to deep states of mental and physical relaxation

  • Connect to your inner kid with games and activities that remind you what it’s like to let loose, laugh with abandon and be at ease in your body

  • Nourish yourself with quiet time to hang on your own, read, enjoy a massage or connect one-on-one with incredible people from all over the world

Fear and stagnation can make us feel paralyzed in life. The best cure for inaction and fear of moving forward is to put ourselves in uncomfortable situations and learn to be ok with the discomfort. Life will throw us curve balls and undesirable circumstances; it’s how we react to those situations that determines our inner peace.

One of our favorite ways step out of the old comfort zone is with outdoor adventures! On this retreat, explore your limits mentally and physically in a safe and encouraging environment with a thrilling zip line, obstacle course & skydive simulation adventure! We’ll also go snorkeling around the rocky cliffs of the Marrietta islands, home of the unique Blue Footed Boobie birds, and experience an authentic Temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony. We appreciate that adventure tours aren’t everyone’s jam, so these adventures are an optional add-ons and not included in your retreat package. Registration for these will be emailed 30-60 days before the retreat.

Additional excursions & Activities

Your retreat package includes all on-site activities, yoga classes, workouts, group workshops, beach and pool access.
Additional optional activities include an Outdoor Zip Line Adventure (zip line, obstacle course, ATV ride & other awesomeness), Sweat Lodge Experience and a Snorkeling tour to the Marietta Islands. Signup information will be emailed 30-60 days before the retreat.

Transportation & Logistics

Plan to fly in to Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) on Saturday, July 11th.
Please try to land by 4 pm to catch pre-organized shuttles. Flights landing after 5 pm are not guaranteed a shuttle (you would need to make your way to the resort by taxi on your own). Round trip shuttle transportation from and to the airport is included in your retreat package for flights landing by 4 pm.
Plan to depart on July 18th after 11:00 am.

Have no fear! Our yoga and fitness classes are challenging to all levels and we meet you where you are in your practice and physical abilities. Nathania loves to make yoga playful and accessible no matter how much or how little experience you have. Gary’s workouts are designed for all levels of fitness too. He likes to say that his grandmother and an Olympic athlete could both get a good workout. If you want to dabble in the world of mindfulness and meditation without being TOO serious about it, we've got you.

  • Do you feel like you need to put down your phone for a bit and disconnect with other amazing humans and reconnect with yourself mentally, spiritually and physically?

Our adventures span the realm of cave drops of 300ft in Belize to zip lining on the longest line in Mexico, to jumping from a 50ft pendulum swing or hiking to the top of a volcano in the middle of the night. Our adventures are designed to meet you where you are and help you break through your own mental blocks and self-imposed limits. You can do ANYTHING. Start by doing something daring.
